At IZOD, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make returns simple—and in some cases, even easier.

Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it is automatically transmitted to our fulfillment system and processing begins immediately. As a result, we are unable to cancel orders after checkout. If you no longer wish to keep your item, you may return it after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy for a refund or exchange.

Price Adjustment

We’re happy to offer a one-time price adjustment if an item you purchased goes on sale shortly after your order.

Eligibility:

  • Request must be made within 3 days of purchase
  • Item must be identical (same style, size, and color)
  • Item must be in stock at the lower price
  • Applies to regular and promotional pricing
  • Price adjustments are issued to your original form of payment

Exclusions

Price adjustments are not available for:
  • Items in CLEARANCE section
  • Limited-time promotions (e.g., flash sales)
  • Price differences from third-party retailers

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like adjusted

Easy Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by your receipt

Return Label & Fees

  • We provide a prepaid return shipping label for $8.95, deducted from your refund
  • Your label is generated instantly once your return is submitted
  • Using our label ensures a fast and trackable return
  • If a package is refused at delivery, shipping charges will still apply

Package Preparation

To ensure smooth processing:
  • Pack your item(s) securely
  • Include original tags, packaging, and receipt
  • Attach your return label clearly on the outside of the package

Clearance Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Clearance items
  • Undergarments
  • Jewelry
  • Final sale items are clearly labeled on the product page
Promotions & Discounts

If your item was purchased on sale or with a promo code, your refund will reflect the amount paid at checkout.

Additional Information

  • This policy applies only to purchases made on IZOD.com
  • Items purchased through other retailers must follow their respective return policies
